Delivery time frames:

Australia: Our orders are shipped within 2-3 working days. Once we have packaged up your item you will receive an email notification with tracking details. In Australia standard shipping usually takes 2-5 business days and express shipping is 1-2 business days packaged within 24hours of ordering.

International: If you are living anywhere else in the world, it takes between 3-10 business days for delivery.

Pre-Order: If you have ordered via pre-order, this means it is currently being made in Mexico, and you secure that style for yourself before anyone else. You will be updated each step of the way as to the progress of the pre-ordered bags. Once we receive stock in Australia we will then send it straight to you. 

Delays: Due to the current situation with Covid-19 and the war in Ukraine there may be delays in transit. We ask for your patience and understanding during these current world events. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Do you ship outside of Australia?

We ship anywhere in the world. For orders outside Australia, please note Texcoco Collective is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes)

If you haven't received your order you are responsible for using the tracking details provided to trace and pay for additional tax or duties incurred for release of your goods into your country to your door.

Australia Express: $25
Australia Standard: $15
International: Shipping will incur a fee based on product weight, starting from $30 AUD.
